NoTension App Support

NoTension creates transparent, personalized AI-generated visualizations of future moments. It is a creative visualization and rehearsal experience — not therapy, medical care, emergency support or a prediction of future events.

Getting started

Create or sign in to an account.
Review and accept the face-and-voice consent disclosure.
Capture three guided face photographs — front, left and right.
Optionally record two short voice samples.
Choose a suggested future or describe a custom scene.
Submit the generation.
Return to your library to view completed content.

Account and sign-in help

Sign in with the method you used when you created your account — email or Sign in with Apple.
If you used Sign in with Apple with a private relay email, your account address is the relay address Apple created. When contacting support, mention that you use Sign in with Apple so we can locate your account.
To sign out, use the sign-out control on your profile screen.
If you cannot sign in: check that the app is up to date, restart it, and try again on a stable connection. If it still fails, email hello@notension.ai describing what happens.
Never send passwords, verification codes or sign-in links by email. Support will never ask for them.

Camera and face capture

Use even lighting, facing the light source.
Keep your complete face visible in the frame.
Remove sunglasses, masks or anything obscuring your face.
Follow the front / left / right guidance on screen.
Use only your own face — or a face you have clear permission to use.
If capture fails, check camera permission in iOS Settings → NoTension, then try again.

Voice recording

Voice samples are optional — you can create memories without them.

Record in a quiet space.
Speak naturally, at a normal distance from the phone.
If recording fails, check microphone permission in iOS Settings → NoTension.
You can re-record your samples from the avatar screen at any time.

Photo selection and surroundings

You may optionally select or capture an image of your surroundings to place a scene in your own environment. You must own or have permission to use every image you provide, and avoid including another person without their permission.

Generation timing

Generation normally takes about three minutes, but can take longer.
You can leave the generation screen — your memory will be in the library when it completes.
Completion times are not guaranteed; complex scenes and busy periods take longer.

Failed or blocked generations

Prompts may be refused if they describe prohibited or unsafe content.
Safeguards are imperfect. If a generation produces something inappropriate, report it from the memory or email hello@notension.ai with the subject “Report”.
If a generation fails, try once more; if it fails again, contact support with the approximate time it happened.

About generated content

Every output is AI-generated.
Outputs may contain inaccuracies or visual artifacts.
They are creative visualizations — not recordings of real events.
They must not be presented as proof that an event occurred.
You are responsible for sharing your content appropriately.

Managing memories

View: open any memory from Your Memories.
Export or share: use the iOS share sheet from an open memory. Once shared outside NoTension, the recipient controls that copy.
Delete: open the memory and choose delete — this removes its record, video, thumbnail and any associated surroundings image.
Report: use the report option on a memory, or email us with the subject “Report”.

Managing your avatar

View your stored capture information from the avatar screen (@me).
Replace your photographs or re-record your voice samples from the same screen.
Delete your avatar to remove its stored face photographs, voice recordings and preview stills. You can create a new avatar afterwards.

Deleting your account

In the app: Avatar/Profile → Delete my account → Confirm.

Account deletion:

Removes your account access — you will no longer be able to sign in.
Removes your database records and, recursively, your stored media.
Cannot be undone.
Does not instantly delete AtlasCloud processing copies, which expire under its stated retention period of up to seven days.
May leave database records in Supabase backups for up to seven days.
Does not cancel an active Apple subscription — cancel it in your Apple account Settings → Subscriptions.

Privacy and safety

Everything the app collects, how long it is kept, and your rights are described in the NoTension App Privacy Policy. For privacy requests — access, correction or deletion — write to hello@notension.ai.

Subscriptions and payments

NoTension offers two subscription tiers, available in the United States, India and the United Arab Emirates:

Basic — 3 AI-generated memories per subscription period.
Premium — 7 AI-generated memories per subscription period.

Allowances reset with each subscription period; unused memories do not roll over.
Monthly and annual billing are available.
Pricing is shown by Apple in your local currency at purchase.
Purchases and Restore Purchases are handled in-app by Apple’s in-app purchase system.
To cancel, use your Apple account Settings → Subscriptions. Deleting your NoTension account does not cancel the Apple subscription.

The Atelier

Notension Atelier Privé is a separate application-based private consultation experience. It is not part of the iOS app, and it does not unlock or change any app functionality. General information is available at www.notension.ai.
